Sportsbook Betting Types | Maticslot

This page is part of Maticslot’s wallet-based crypto casino model. See Maticslot: Wallet-Based Crypto Casino.

This page describes common betting types as interface patterns. It does not describe any betting approach and does not imply improved outcomes.

Single bets

A single bet selects one market outcome. Settlement typically follows the event and the sportsbook’s rule definitions.

Parlays / accumulators

A parlay combines multiple selections. Many sportsbooks require all legs to win for the parlay to settle as a win, but exact handling can vary by provider and ruleset.

System bets (where offered)

Some interfaces reference system bets (combinations of selections). This can be represented as multiple sub-bets under a single entry. Availability varies.

Live / in-play selections

Live betting types use the same general structures as pre-match betting, but odds and market availability may update frequently during the event. Market suspension can occur due to feed timing or rule triggers.

What betting types do not imply

  • They do not imply higher probability of winning.
  • They do not imply predictability of outcomes.
  • They do not imply that odds are “better” for any user.
